		David J. Ward President and Founder	Alan J. Hart Vice President / Director of Operations
		Following a distinguished academic career with the University of Wisconsin System, Dr. Ward founded NorthStar Economics in May of 2000 to implement New Economy development strategies. Biography Curriculum Vitae	Alan Hart worked as an attorney in private practice in Madison, Wisconsin for seven years before leaving his law firm to join NorthStar Economics in May of 2001. 		Dennis K. Winters Former Vice President / Director of Operations	Bruce Siebold Senior Associate
		Dennis K. Winters now works for the State of Wisconsin as the Director of the Department of Workforce Development's Office of Economic Advisors. He still occasionally consults with NorthStar on projects. Biography Curriculum Vitae	Bruce Siebold and his firm, Rusk Prairie Consulting Group, have worked with NorthStar on a variety of projects.
